Chamber of Commerce of Alava and Port Authority of Bilbao organize II Intermodal Logistics Forum.
On 17 June, TRANSMODAL 2009 - the II Intermodal Logistics Forum will be held. This is an initiative organized jointly by the Alava Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Port Authority of Bilbao. The congress will take place in the Edificio Vital, the headquarters of the Caja Vital Kutxa Savings Bank (Paseo de la Biosfera, 6. Vitoria-Gasteiz).
TRANSMODAL is a multimodal logistics forum for companies and professionals whose main objective is to promote joint actions to bring about in a dynamic way, the introduction, use and efficiency of logistics activity, especially initiatives that suppose potential maximization, both individually and jointly, within the logistics space of the territory of Alava and the Port of Bilbao.
This year’s forum has announced a competition for the TRANSMODAL PRIZES for the best Logistics and Multimodal initiatives for companies with activities in the territory of Alava and the Port of Bilbao in 2008.
